Release: Washington Parish Sheriff Randy “Country” Seal Endorses Kennedy for U.S. Senate
BATON ROUGE, La. – John Kennedy announced today that Washington Parish Sheriff Randy “Country” Seal is endorsing his run for the U.S. Senate.
“Louisiana needs a Senator who will stand up for law enforcement officers. John Kennedy will be an advocate for us in Washington. He understands what we need to succeed, and I’m proud to stand beside him in this race,” said Seal.
“I appreciate Sheriff Seal’s support, and I cannot say ‘Thank You’ enough to our law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line each day to keep our families safe. Our momentum in this race is growing every day as Louisianians of all walks of life recognize that I will be our state’s biggest champion in Washington,” Kennedy said.
Sheriff Seal is the latest to join a growing list of people who are endorsing Kennedy. He’s recently received the support of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, Sen. David Vitter, Sen. Bill Cassidy, Rep. Ralph Abraham, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, Rep. John Fleming, Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser and Rep. Charles Boustany.
